We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours*. We utilise shipping warehouses based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney to ensure a speedy delivery. Every effort will be made to ship orders as one shipment, however, due to this your order maybe split between multiple shipments.
Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days**, however please allow up to 7-10 business days from day of shipment.
*Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared for bank transfers.

By placing an order you are agreeing to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. When your order is accepted we will inform you by email and confirm the further details. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within 5 business days we will treat the order as cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost at Checkout (Third Party Shipping)
